In this role, you will guide the creation of new features end-to-end—from gathering requirements to assessing business impact. You will collaborate closely with our development teams and a wide range of internal stakeholders (including Finance, Account Management, and Marketing). In this role, you will guide the creation of new features end-to-end—from gathering requirements to assessing business impact. You will collaborate closely with our development teams and a wide range of internal stakeholders (including Finance, Account Management, and Marketing). Your Responsibilities
- Analyze product requirements, define new product features, and manage the product backlog.
- Facilitate prioritization and maintain clear communication with business stakeholders.
- Shape the product using qualitative and quantitative insights, validating hypotheses with a datadriven approach.
- Define and monitor business KPIs, and take action when necessary.
- Work closely with an agile development team to ensure continuous delivery of value.
- At least 3+ years of experience in product management or in a related role (e.g., Product Owner, Project Manager).
- Strong sense of ownership and motivation to drive innovation in a fastpaced environment.
- Agile mindset and solid understanding of modern product development and delivery practices.
- Familiarity with agile software development frameworks (e.g., Scrum or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Experience in e‑commerce, digital payments, or banking.
- Some technical knowledge (e.g., understanding of APIs, basic data analysis, or familiarity with software architecture concepts) will give you an edge.
- Fluency in English, plus working knowledge of Italian and/or German.
