Join our IT Rotational Program – a 24‑month journey designed for ambitious, curious, and future‑focused talent.
Determined contract – 2 years
You will contribute to software development, BI/data analytics, and IT security activities under the technical direction of IT management. You’ll work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and build a strong foundation for a long‑term IT career.
You will be able to work on applications (Salesforce, E-commerce, etc.), contribute to secure coding practices, and assist with vulnerability scanning, (Zero Trust), contribute to incident response management.
What You Will Be Brewing
- Developing solutions, actively engaged in Software development & configuration, under the technical direction of IT;
- Support BI/data pipelines and analytics (Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, etc.);
- Follow secure coding and perform testing/debugging;
- Assist with vulnerability scans, API security, and incident response;
- Document processes and participate in projects/programs ceremonies.
KEY INGREDIENTS:
- Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
- 0–1 year experience in any of the followings:
- Programming languages, data knowledge (such as Python, SQL, Java)
- Familiarity with CRM/e-commerce tools (Salesforce, Shopify) and BI tools (DataBricks).
- Understanding of SDLC, secure coding, Git, OS/network basics.
- Internships or academic projects.
- Strong problem-solving, curiosity, and adaptability.
- Clear communication and teamwork skills.
