Full Stack Software Developer

MagiCAD Group is a global software solutions and manufacturer services provider with the mission to help engineering and manufacturing companies create better buildings. At MagiCAD Group our organization consists of approximately 200 talented colleagues, with the majority based in Finland but also having offices and employees across other European countries.

At the moment, we are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to join our Software Solutions team in Finland.

With whom and how will you work at MagiCAD Group?

You will work as a Full Stack Software Developer in MagiCAD’s Software Solutions team. We are an agile development team in MagiCAD’s Manufacturer Business Unit, where we work on projects for our manufacturer customer segment including companies providing MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) equipment for the building industry. Now we are looking for a Full Stack developer to join our team, with a bigger emphasis on front-end skills. We value a collaborative working environment, innovation, agility and serving our customers in the best way possible.

Who are we looking for?

You are an experienced software developer and have a passion for writing clean and maintainable code that aligns with best practices and design patterns. Even being technically talented, you find it important and natural to discuss the solutions and find the best solutions together with the team. You use best practices in secure software development while also exploring innovative solutions to develop our tech stack.

We hope you have at least the following qualities/skills:

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience with Angular, JavaScript and TypeScript
• Ability to translate design files (Figma) into high-quality code
• Experience in C# and .Net
• Understanding of CI/CD development process (and ability to configure CI/CD pipelines)
• Git version control system
• Fluent in English, Finnish is considered a plus
• Team-player mindset

Bonus points awarded for knowledge in:

• Tools like Postman and SQL server management studio
• e2e testing frameworks
• Experience with Azure cloud platform

Job Location

You can work in any of our offices in Finland (Turku, Espoo or Rauma) or Remote in Finland. The team is located in Finland and meets at the office occasionally. We wish that also you could participate in the team meetings.
