A Swedish product company building next‑generation communication technology is expanding its UX/UI team. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, highly skilled organisation developing a high‑impact, AI‑powered platform that enhances and automates meeting experience.
Their product transforms ordinary online meetings into professional, polished productions — automatically selecting layouts, applying branding, and creating a seamless experience for enterprise users worldwide. With 20+ years in the industry and deep collaboration with major tech providers, the company is now scaling its product organisation in Sweden and looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer.
🔍 The Role
As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll work end‑to‑end across the platform’s user experience. You'll collaborate closely with another UX/UI Designer, front‑end developers, product owners and requirements specialists to build intuitive, accessible and visually consistent interfaces for a complex, enterprise‑ready product.
✨ What you’ll be doing
- Designing user flows and interfaces for a sophisticated communication & meeting platform
- Working extensively in Figma, including Fluent / Fluent 2 (Microsoft’s design system)
- Ensuring strong accessibility (high contrast, keyboard navigation, etc.)
- Supporting user research, personas and user story creation
- Translating technical requirements into clean, usable design solutions
- Contributing to a product used in large enterprise environments
🎯 What you bring
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer (ideally 5–10 years)
- Strong Figma skills
- Experience or interest in Fluent / Fluent 2
- Understanding of CSS/JavaScript fundamentals (not required to code)
- Solid accessibility knowledge
- Collaborative, structured and comfortable working in a scaling product setting
- Availability ASAP is a strong plus
📍 Location & Work Setup
- Stockholm
- Hybrid: 1–2 days per week onsite
- English‑speaking environment
- Visa sponsorship possible but not preferred

- upto 55,000+ SEK/month
- Full Swedish benefits: pension, wellness, insurances, healthcare
- 25 days annual leave (can be increased to 30 if needed)
