Now, they’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join their Stockholm team and help shape the next generation of their product.

The Role

You’ll join a small but ambitious product team, working closely with another UX/UI Designer and frontend developers to elevate the platform’s user experience.

Your focus will be on designing intuitive, accessible, and engaging interfaces for a powerful AI-driven video production tool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design seamless UX/UI for a complex, feature-rich platform
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Work closely with product and engineering to refine requirements
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements
• Develop user personas, journeys, and key user stories
• Ensure strong accessibility standards (e.g. contrast, keyboard navigation)
• Contribute to design systems and consistency across the platform

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years’ experience in UX/UI design
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Experience with or strong interest in Fluent & Fluent 2 design systems (highly beneficial)
• Solid understanding of accessibility best practices
• Experience with user research, personas, and usability testing
• Working knowledge of CSS and JavaScript
• Familiarity with tools like Jira
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving skills
