We’re working with a leading digital marketing & media organisation looking to hire a Data Scientist who can apply advanced analytics and machine learning to optimise marketing performance and customer experience.
This is a role where your work won’t sit in a notebook , it will directly influence strategy, spend, and business decisions.
As a Data Scientist, you’ll work at the intersection of data, marketing, and business, helping clients understand what drives performance and how to optimise it.
You’ll combine media, CRM, and behavioural data, build models, and translate your findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and deploy statistical & machine learning models (regression, predictive modelling, attribution)
- Analyse marketing and customer data to uncover performance drivers
- Work on campaign optimisation, segmentation, and effectiveness studies
- Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with data specialists, media teams, and creatives
- Contribute to experimentation and innovation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Python or R
- Strong SQL skills (Snowflake or similar is a plus)
- Solid grounding in statistics / econometrics / machine learning
- Experience building models such as regression, predictive models, or causal analysis
- Background in marketing analytics, media, or customer data is highly beneficial
- Comfortable communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science or similar
Nice to Have
- Experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) or attribution
- Exposure to NoSQL databases
- Data visualisation experience (e.g. dashboards, storytelling)
Salary is €70,000 per year with added benefits. 2x days per week required in Eindhoven.
