You will have the opportunity to support the development and design of cybersecurity solution demand toward the vendors and the Agile teams appointed to develop and deliver systems and technical solutions. These teams work in Agile within the ART (Agile Release Train), following Telia's way of working that adheres to the SAFe framework. The main tools utilized at Telia for Agile deliveries include Jira and Confluence.
What you’ll do:
You will join an exciting multicultural team within the Data Mediation and Cybersecurity unit, witch, within Tech IT, is responsible for the development and operations of the Data Mediation and Cybersecurity systems at Telia Company. These systems are utilized across all Telia countries and domains.
- Work in an Agile way, within the Compliance and Cybersecurity Core Capabilities Agile Release Train (in short C4-ART), together with a team of talented experts in IT, Networks, GSOC and other units.
- Responsible for Cybersecurity products development, collecting requirements from the stakeholders, shaping and communicating solutions.
- Collaborate with experts, architects, and engineers on designing and discussing solution architectures.
- Refining the demand to identify dependencies, breaking down work tasks, documenting clearly the work and supporting the drive of Product Increment planning.
You should be a team player with strong collaboration skills in multicultural environments, results‑oriented with a persistent approach to navigating complexity. An open and transparent attitude, analytical mindset, strong communication and reporting skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across units are essential.
- Experience with the IT delivery lifecycle, including demand and requirements analysis and refinement, solution architecture design and engineering, delivery, and testing.
- Expertise with the main Cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, EDR/endpoint security, Vulnerability Detection and scanning, NDR, SOAR, CNAPP, CSPM and related standards, protocols, system integration, APIs.
- Knowledge of security operations and related tools and use cases, including the main phases like Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover, is essential.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks for EU Telcos like NIS2, DORA, GDPR.
- Skills in Stakeholder management, Project management, Agile methodologies.

For Lithuanian applicants only: Salary range for this position is 3600 - 5400 Eur (Gross). Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
