• Operate, maintain, and enhance a large-scale Versa SD WAN environment comprising 700+ global sites, ensuring reliability, high performance, and security.

• Apply deep knowledge of network technologies including IPSEC, VXLAN, MPLS, MP BGP, BGP, OSPF, QoS, and the TCP/IP model to design and optimize network solutions.

• Use advanced network monitoring, diagnostic, and analytics tools to identify issues proactively and ensure optimal network health.

• Architect and implement modernized network solutions to support SD WAN service improvements, scalability, and cost optimization.

• Lead and participate in cross-functional troubleshooting sessions with infrastructure, application, and security teams to resolve critical incidents efficiently.

• Continuously drive improvements in SD WAN design, configuration, and performance to enhance user experience while maintaining cost-efficiency.

• Collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, service providers, and vendors through clear and concise communication.

• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation including network architecture, configurations, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise networking, with at least 3–5 years in SD WAN (Versa preferred).

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

o Versa SD WAN architecture, provisioning, and operations.

o Large-scale network management (700+ sites or similar).

o Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MP BGP) and tunneling technologies (IPSEC, VXLAN).

o MPLS environments and QoS configuration.

• Experience with major network monitoring and analytics platforms (e.g., SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, Splunk, PRTG, or equivalent).

• Ability to lead high pressure troubleshooting and incident resolution.

• Strong analytical skills with a mindset focused on modernization, optimization, and continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
