In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled RAN team responsible for software change management and third-level support, working closely with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the best possible network experience. You will operate in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment where new technologies, challenges, and development opportunities are part of everyday work.
What you’ll do:
You will contribute to the development, stability, and continuous improvement of Radio Access Network operations while supporting knowledge-sharing and collaboration across the organization.
- Provide third-level support and manage software changes within the RAN domain
- Collaborate with vendors, internal experts, and stakeholders to resolve complex technical challenges
- Contribute to knowledge-building initiatives through training, guidelines, and development projects
- Support network quality improvements and operational excellence across RAN environments
- Participate in technical evaluations of new services, features, and technologies
You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and bring a structured yet flexible mindset to your work. You combine strong technical competence with clear communication skills and a willingness to continuously learn and share knowledge with others.
- Solid understanding of Radio Access Networks, particularly Ericsson base stations and related transmission technologies
- Experience with node configuration in Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) is valuable
- Familiarity with scripting technologies such as Amos, Bash, or Python is beneficial
- Understanding of RAN quality KPIs such as MCDR, Accessibility, Retainability, and MDS
- General knowledge of IP networking (TCP/IP) for troubleshooting transport networks
- Experience with automation or legacy technologies such as 2G/BSC is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
