We at CloudScaler are looking for a Junior Systems Engineer on behalf of our client, a leader in major offshore infrastructure projects. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for recent graduates or candidates starting their careers, offering valuable experience in Systems Engineering within large-scale projects.

Role Overview

As a Junior Systems Engineer, you will support project teams in delivering Systems Engineering and Requirements Management activities. You will have the chance to grow your technical and coordination skills within an established engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining Requirements Engineering (RE) and Requirements Management (RM) documentation.
• Support (V)erification & (V)alidation processes across project phases.
• Help in updating project plans and technical documents.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders under guidance.
• Participate in basic coordination tasks with external and internal teams.

Candidate Specification

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Keen interest in Systems Engineering and technical project delivery.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Knowledge of Relatics
• Basic knowledge of Systems Engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with Requirements Management tools.
• Interest in infrastructure, energy, or technology development projects.
