Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Frontend Developer role located in Istanbul, Türkiye. As a Frontend Developer at NGSS, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-facing features, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, and collaborating with back-end developers and web designers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA) to deliver user-centric features.
• Write maintainable and well-tested code using modern JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience of React experience
• Solid experience with React, including component-based architecture and hooks.
• Comfortable working with both JavaScript and TypeScript in day-to-day development.
• Familiar with frontend tooling (e.g., Webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc.).
• Experience integrating APIs and managing app state (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Git proficiency and experience with team collaboration workflows.

Preferable

• Familiarity with unit/integration testing tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Awareness of performance optimization, accessibility, and frontend best practices.
