We are hiring on behalf of a growing technology company based in Istanbul, building modern, scalable mobile applications with a strong focus on performance and user experience.

They are looking for a Senior Android Developer (4+ years experience) who is not only technically strong but also proactive, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role follows a hybrid model, with 1–2 days per week in the office at either Vadi Istanbul or Ataşehir locations.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications
• Take ownership of features from concept to release
• Proactively identify improvements in codebase, performance, and user experience
• Build scalable and maintainable architectures using modern Android practices
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Support and mentor team members when needed

• 4+ years of professional Android development experience
• Strong expertise in Kotlin
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose
• Solid understanding of MVVM and MVI architecture patterns
• Experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Kotlin Flow
• Familiarity with ML Kit
• Experience using Dagger Hilt for dependency injection
• Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows
• A proactive mindset — able to take initiative and drive improvements without constant direction
• Strong problem-solving skills and sense of ownership
