We’re looking for a Junior Android Developer for financial products, who is eager to learn and grow while working closely with Product, Data, Engineering and Design teams to build world-class financial products in getirfinans.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development of modern Android applications using Jetpack Compose
• Contribute to building scalable and reusable UI components
• Assist in improving app performance, usability, and code quality
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement user-friendly interfaces
• Learn and apply Android and Compose best practices

What You’ll Bring

• 0–2 years of Android development experience (including internships or personal projects)
• Basic knowledge of Kotlin
• Familiarity with Jetpack Compose (course projects, bootcamp work or personal apps count!)
• Understanding of Android fundamentals (Activity lifecycle, navigation basics, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs
• Familiarity with Git version control system
• Eagerness to learn modern Android development practices
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field

Bonus Points if You Have

• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose in a real project
• Familiarity with MVVM architecture and state management
• Experience with Android Architecture Components (ViewModel, LiveData / StateFlow)
• Basic knowledge of Coroutines & Flow
• Experience with libraries like Retrofit, Hilt/Dagger
• Interest in mobile UI/UX and design systems
• Passion for fintech and technology
• Curious mindset and strong willingness to learn
