We are a growing technology consultancy delivering infrastructure and DevOps services to clients across regulated and industrial sectors, including energy and utilities. We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer based in Poland to join our team on a B2B contract basis and play a key role in our client delivery work.

You will work closely with our engineering team to design, implement, and manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure, with particular emphasis on endpoint management, infrastructure as code, and security-conscious operations in environments where reliability is critical.

• Design and maintain infrastructure using IaC tooling (Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent)
• Manage endpoint fleets via Microsoft Intune, including policy configuration, compliance, and device lifecycle
• Administer and harden systems operating in OT-adjacent or regulated environments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Support cloud infrastructure across Azure and/or AWS environments
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams on technical delivery
• Contribute to security posture — patch management, access control, monitoring
• Document infrastructure, runbooks, and change procedures to a high standard

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Intune endpoint management
• Proven experience writing and managing infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred)
• Familiarity with OT environments, industrial IT, or SCADA-adjacent systems is a strong advantage
• Active security certification (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent) preferred
• Cloud certification (AWS CCP, AZ-900 or above) preferred
• Strong English communication skills — written and verbal
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing expectations independently
• Based in Poland and eligible to operate on a B2B contract
