Role Description
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to own customer deployments, infrastructure reliability, and production operations. You'll work directly with customers to set up and maintain their environments, manage our cloud and on-prem infrastructure, and keep everything running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full stack, from Kubernetes clusters to monitoring dashboards to customer calls.
You'll be joining a small, fast-moving team where you'll have real ownership and direct impact from day one.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on DevOps/Infrastructure experience
- Strong Kubernetes/OpenShift experience in production environments
- Solid AWS knowledge
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar)
- Strong Linux fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
- Professional English (B2 minimum), fluent Turkish
- Customer facing communication skills, comfortable joining calls and explaining technical topics
- Eager to learn new technologies and work in a fast paced environment
- Cost conscious mindset, you care about optimizing spend and resource utilization
Nice to Have
- Experience with KEDA or other Kubernetes autoscaling tools
- Helm chart development and management
- Previous experience with Kubernetes version upgrades
- SIP/VoIP experience (Asterisk, FreeSwitch, coturn, WebRTC)
- Experience managing or coordinating penetration tests and SOC2 audits
