Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join the Enpara Invest team within QNB Invest.

The role involves contributing to the design, development, and improvement of customer-oriented, transparent, simple and fully digital processes for investment products in order to meet the investment needs of Enpara Bank customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration and/or Economics (Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
• Strong interest in financial markets and investment products,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, (Excel, preferably SQL, etc.)
• Process-oriented mindset,
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team,
• Eager to learn, responsible, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end workflows for investment products,
• Collaborate with relevant teams in product, process, and system development projects,
• Analyze customer experience and implement improvement actions,
• Lead optimization efforts to enhance operational efficiency,
• Support the setup, development, and continuity of investment platforms,
• Conduct KPI, profitability, and customer behavior analysis and reporting,
• Ensure compliance of new products and services with applicable regulations and internal policies,
• Work in close coordination with stakeholders throughout project processes.
