The Business Analyst is responsible for conducting compliance audits, preparing structured reports, drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and templates, and coordinating consultancy timelines. The role ensures that compliance and process improvement initiatives are executed accurately and on time, supporting EVA Interiors’ strategic goals.
Expected Outcome: Timely compliance audits and reports, well-documented SOPs/templates, and coordinated consultancy deliverables that enable EVA Interiors to improve efficiency, compliance, and cross-departmental performance.
Project Management Support
- Develop project timelines for compliance and process-related initiatives.
- Monitor progress, flag risks or delays, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely task completion.
Provide status reports and updates to support CEO-driven initiatives
Compliance & Audit
- Conduct quarterly and ad-hoc compliance audits for SOP adherence and ERP usage.
- Collect evidence, evaluate gaps, and prepare structured compliance scorecards.
- Submit draft findings for review by the Process Compliance Executive.
SOP & Template Drafting
- Draft and format SOPs, checklists, templates, and forms in line with EVA Interiors’ standards.
- Maintain version control, document traceability, and ensure alignment with approved processes.
- Support in updating documents as processes evolve.
ERP & Systems Support
- Provide day-to-day support for ERP (Epicor Kinetic) users, troubleshooting issues and escalating where needed.
- Track ERP adoption across departments, ensuring correct usage of required fields and workflows.
- Maintain system user guides, FAQs, and quick reference templates to improve adoption.
- Assist in testing and validating new integrations (e.g., PandaDoc, dashboards, AI tools).
Consultancy & Project Coordination
- Track deliverables, timelines, and milestones for ERP consultants, AI trainers, and other external partners.
- Maintain a live tracker of consultancy outputs and escalate risks or delays to the Process Compliance Executive.
- Organize review meetings, prepare summaries, and monitor agreed follow-up actions.
Change Management & Training
- Support training sessions on SOPs, ERP, and compliance processes.
The Systems & ERP Support Coordinator operates in a hybrid compliance-technical environment, directly supporting the Process Compliance Executive. The role requires attention to detail, comfort with ERP and digital tools, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and consultants simultaneously.
