Job Purpose:
The role aims to provide technical support and oversight for the Chairman’s special projects by monitoring project execution to ensure objectives are achieved within the defined timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical oversight of the overall management of special executive projects, including HH Briefing Packs for Their Highnesses and Excellencies.
- Supervise and follow up on the execution of special executive projects, ensuring executive-level quality aligned with senior leadership expectations.
- Review project requirements to ensure availability of all relevant data and inputs.
- Ensure application of internal quality standards for special executive projects.
- Monitor execution of projects requiring rapid response and timely delivery for senior leadership.
- Develop and produce executive content for special projects aligned with leadership expectations.
- Design presentations for executive-level special projects.
- Ensure presentations are delivered clearly and professionally to H.E. the Chairman.
- Coordinate with Strategy & Performance sector to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with Communications & Marketing Office to ensure alignment with corporate identity standards.
- Analyze and transform data into clear and innovative executive content for decision-makers.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
