Objective:
Perform research, analysis, and reporting to provide timely, insight-rich compliance information that supports decision-making and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties:
- Collect, analyze, and validate compliance data from internal/external sources.
- Maintain reporting packs, dashboards, and trend analyses for divisional and sector leadership.
- Draft insight-driven reports highlighting root causes and recommendations, ensuring alignment with operational risk assessments conducted by Specialist – Operational Risk and Control.
- Support regulatory change tracking and impact analysis.
- Coordinate information requests for audits/inspections; ensure data quality and timeliness.
- Provide the necessary support to the line manager and perform any other related tasks assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Preferred 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar field/position.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of Law or its equivalent in a similar specialty that is suitable to the job duties.
