PHP Software Developer

We’re Hiring: PHP Software Developer (FULLY ONSITE– Basildon, UK)

We’re looking for a talented and passionate PHP Software Developer to join our growing team in Basildon, UK (FULLY ONSITE – 5 days onsite). If you enjoy solving complex problems and working with modern technologies, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

🔹 Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience

• Degree (PhD, MSc, or BSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field (minimum 2:1)

• Strong knowledge of data structures, database design, and object-oriented programming with design patterns

• Proven experience with Object-Oriented PHP and MVC frameworks (Phalcon, Laravel)

• Experience with databases such as MariaDB and MongoDB

• Hands-on experience with queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka)

• Good understanding of frontend frameworks like Vue.js

• Experience with Docker and containerisation

• Familiarity with Git for source control
