Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Design and refine user interfaces that encourage meaningful engagement and improved conversion, using behavioral insights and usability testing results
- Conduct early‑stage user research, usability studies, and targeted feedback sessions to guide and validate design decisions
- Turn research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs that address real user needs
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and developers to enhance user flows, information architecture, and interaction designs
- Contribute to business analysis tasks, including gathering requirements, synthesizing insights, mapping user journeys, and documenting design rationale
- Lead structured pre‑launch feedback cycles and low‑risk testing on early design concepts to confirm assumptions and minimize rework
- Apply design thinking principles, behavioral psychology, and performance data to ensure each experience is purposeful, effective, and measurable
- Work cross‑functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to support cohesive product delivery
- Over 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within SaaS products or high‑conversion digital experiences
- Skilled in user research, A/B testing, and iterative prototyping informed by real user feedback
- Portfolio demonstrates data‑driven design approaches, with emphasis on problem‑solving rather than just aesthetics
- Strong ability to analyze research and performance metrics, form design hypotheses, and refine UI/UX based on testing insights
- Proficient with tools such as Figma and familiar with analytics platforms like Hotjar, GA4, LogRocket, or New Relic, as well as user testing platforms
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills - asks the right questions and explores multiple solutions
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), experimentation methodologies, or content‑led experience design
