📌 What You’ll Do
As a key member of the Human Resources Services team, you’ll help shape health and wellness outcomes for people around the world.
Position Overview
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an HR graduate with foundational experience to launch and grow a career in Human Resources. The Human Resources Coordinator will gain hands-on exposure to core HR processes while developing expertise within a collaborative, fully functional HR team.
Overall Responsibilities
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the full employee life cycle. Responsibilities include recruitment and hiring administration, onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, HR policies, and training. This position ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Post external job openings on ADP and other platforms
- Coordinate pre-employment screening including TPT’s
- Prepare employment offers for new hires, promotions, and title changes
- Send new hire documents via DocuSign and prepare welcome packages
- Conduct orientation sessions including TPT’s
- Responsible for assigning new hire training modules
- Enter new hires and process terminations in ADP
- Update records for internal changes (offers, leave forms) and notify payroll and benefits
- Responsible for maintaining team members personnel files
Labour Relations & Engagement
- Monitor HR inbox for assigned client groups
- Support employee engagement events (BBQs, holiday events, annual training)
- Coordinate gift cards for life events (births, bereavement, illness/injury)
- Distribute service awards to people leaders when required
- Maintain union hourly communication on the monitors and ADP
- Posting JWEL Star program winners on the communication boards
Union & Attendance Management
- Track union attendance daily and post ADP entries
- Prepare discipline letters for HRG
- Track probationary period and wage progression for union team members to ensure compliance
- Support resignation process by emailing employees with next steps before departure
- Track and document union disciplines (attendance, performance)
Reporting & Metrics
- Prepare KPI reports as needed
- Track attendance records for production personnel
- Prepare birthday reports
- Track training completion and run reports in Citation Canada
- Work permit tracking
Other Administrative Duties
- Handle mail for Windsor location and support door unlocking/locking
- Meet with vending machine vendors
- Reset passwords in ADP
- Route union policies through DocuSign
- Manage Cintas uniform process

Your experience and perspective might include:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Post-secondary education in HR or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or customer service
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and HRIS systems
- Strong ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills with tact and professionalism
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion

Jamieson Wellness Inc. offers a competitive total rewards package that goes beyond base pay, including eligibility for our Short-Term Incentive Program and a variety of benefits to support your well-being and professional growth.
For this role, the posting range is “$38,990 – $66,840”, which may not reflect the full salary range of the position. The actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, level of education, and other professional qualifications aligned with the requirements and complexity of this position.
