Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and commercially minded AI Strategist / Business Transformation Lead to drive applied AI, growth analytics, and business optimization within the fintech trading industry.
This role leverages advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions to optimize marketing performance, improve client acquisition, and drive overall business performance, including operational efficiency and workflow optimization across teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Analytics & Growth Optimization
- Analyze multi-channel marketing performance across digital advertising and affiliate channels, focusing on key metrics such as CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement attribution models to assess channel effectiveness and optimize marketing budget allocation.
- Conduct competitive analysis across key regions to identify market trends, benchmark performance, and support growth strategies.
- Apply machine learning techniques to enhance targeting, user segmentation, and campaign performance optimization.
2. AI-Driven Marketing Content Optimization
- Use AI/ML models to analyze and optimize marketing content performance (e.g. ad creatives, landing pages, copywriting).
- Develop data-driven recommendations to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign engagement.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to continuously refine messaging, creatives, and user journeys.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to deliver personalized content strategies based on user behavior, demographics, and trading profiles.
- Explore and integrate AI technologies (e.g. LLMs, NLP, generative AI) to enhance content creation, localization, and scalability across markets.
3. Competitor, Client Behavior & Lifecycle Analysis
- Analyze client behavior and activity to generate actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Build client segmentation and risk analysis models to identify high-value segments and optimize acquisition strategies.
- Support CRM initiatives by providing data insights for client retention, lifecycle management, and reactivation campaigns.
4. Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards tracking key business metrics, including FTD, retention rate, LTV, trading volume, and revenue.
- Automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy.
- Deliver regular insights and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with global marketing, sales, AI product, and business teams to identify and deliver AI-driven solutions for business growth.
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable data science, analytics, and AI-driven strategies.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of data solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in CRM, data science, advanced analytics, or automation (experience in Web3, fintech, e-commerce super apps, iGaming, or AdTech is preferred).
- Strong understanding of LLMs, BI, AI-driven marketing analytics, and growth metrics within financial markets.
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML techniques to marketing, growth, or customer analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (experience with Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a plus).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, CRM systems).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset and solid AI knowledge.
