We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Staff Development team, responsible for driving initiatives in leadership development, training, competency building, and career development. Our goal is to create a rewarding and meaningful career journey for all staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute assigned learning and development (L&D) programmes to support staff growth. This includes managing budgets, schedules, procurement, communications, administration, and logistics.
- Design engaging content and learning activities for in-house programmes to maximise participant learning outcomes. Facilitate workshops where required.
- Collaborate with learning providers and internal stakeholders on programme development and implementation, serving as a key point of contact for staff.
- Conduct post-programme evaluations, analyse data, and provide insights for continuous improvement and reporting.
- Monitor L&D progress and prepare updates and reports for management.
- Support other staff development initiatives and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resource or a related field will be advantageous.
- Strong organisational, project management, and data management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging learning content using tools such as Vyond, Canva, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Self-motivated and meticulous, with a critical mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- A team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
