JOB PURPOSE


The Business Analyst plays a critical role in turning business and customer data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance, client engagement, and strategic decision-making.

This role sits at the intersection of business performance analysis, CRM analytics, and stakeholder enablement, supporting teams across Retail, Marketing, Clienteling, and Leadership with clear insights, reporting, and recommendations.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Business Performance Analytics


  • Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and productivity metrics across channels and regions
  • Monitor KPIs and performance trends, identifying risks and growth opportunities
  • Support periodic business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with insights and recommendations
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track business performance vs. targets


CRM & Client Analytics


  • Analyze customer data across acquisition, retention, loyalty, and lifetime value
  • Support CRM strategy by evaluating campaign performance, client segmentation, and engagement metrics
  • Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to assess the impact of clienteling initiatives and campaigns
  • Translate customer behavior data into actionable insights for commercial and retail teams


Insights & Storytelling


  • Turn complex data into clear, concise narratives for senior stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations and executive-ready summaries highlighting key takeaways and actions
  • Act as a thought partner to business teams, not just a reporting function


Data & Process Enablement


  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and tools
  • Collaborate with IT, Data, and external partners on CRM tools, dashboards, and data enhancements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics frameworks and reporting processes


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, CRM analytics, or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in retail, luxury, consumer goods, or omnichannel environments
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle metrics and CRM KPIs
  • Coding capabilities (e.g., SQL, Python, R, or similar) are a strong plus
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Business-oriented and results-driven
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

This position will pay an annual salary of $80,000 to $85,000 and may be eligible for bonuses and other incentive opportunities. The rate of pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
