Summary
ICCC Product Manager responsible for defining product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Integrated Command & Control Center solutions. Drives smart city, public safety, and operations platforms by aligning stakeholder needs with technology and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
- Define product vision, roadmap, and value proposition
- Align ICCC solutions with smart city and operational goals
- Identify new use cases and capabilities
- Conduct market and technology research
- Manage product backlog and roadmap
- Gather and document requirements and user stories
- Prioritize features based on value, risk, and feasibility
- Define acceptance criteria
- Engage with government entities, operators, and vendors
- Coordinate with system integrators and partners
- Facilitate workshops and governance forums
- Support product adoption and onboarding
- Collaborate with delivery teams for implementation
- Support testing, release planning, and commissioning
- Monitor product performance and user feedback
- Drive continuous product improvements
- Define KPIs and success metrics
- Track product performance and benefits realization
- Deliver dashboards and executive reports
- Product management & roadmap planning
- Smart city / ICCC platforms
- Stakeholder & vendor management
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Data analysis & reporting (Power BI, Tableau)
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- MBA or Product Management certification (preferred)
- 8–12+ years in product management or digital solutions
- Experience in smart city, public safety, or operations platforms
- Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
- Power BI / Tableau, Advanced Excel
- SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
- Agile/Scrum (CSM, SAFe)
- Product Management certifications
