This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facility Coordinator, based in Masqaţ, Oman. The Facility Coordinator will oversee daily facility operations, ensure compliance with maintenance and safety standards, coordinate with contractors and service providers, and address client or tenant requests. Responsibilities also include assisting with budgeting processes, maintaining records, and supporting the overall efficiency and functionality of the facility.
- Proficiency in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively collaborating with clients and team members
- Experience with Budgeting for managing expenses and optimizing resources
- Detail-oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in Facility Management is preferred
- Proficiency with facility management software or tools is an advantage
