Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Muscat for a Sr. Project Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing project workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables are completed within timelines and budgets. You will communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and align on objectives. The role will also involve analyzing project performance to optimize outcomes, improving processes, and occasionally assisting in sales strategies to support customer acquisition and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in project management, project coordination, or a similar role.

PMP certification is preferred.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
