SRE Engineer

We are global technology services company with a rapidly expanding footprint in the US. As an AWS Premier Tier services partner with over 700 in-house engineers, we are growing our Cloud unit and looking for a Junior–Mid Site Reliability Engineer to support and maintain customer environments on AWS.

This is a customer-facing, support & maintenance–focused role, working closely with 25–30 customers in parallel.

Working hours:

Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Israel time (or later, depending on customer needs).

Responsibilities:

Ongoing support and maintenance of customer cloud environments
Act as main point of contact (POC) for assigned customers
Handle monitoring, alerts, incidents, and escalations
Execute planned activities: DR drills, restore drills, upgrades, migrations
Support EKS clusters: updates, migrations, dependency handling
Assist during critical launches and production incidents
Work hands-on with AWS infrastructure using Terraform
Use Bash and Python for automation, troubleshooting, and tooling
Identify improvement opportunities and share insights with internal teams
Maintain and update internal knowledge base and documentation
Promote a strong customer experience and build long-term trust

Requirements:

Required Experience to Succeed in This Role:

Strong experience with Node.js development.
Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
Experience with automation tools such as n8n (or similar workflow tools).
Understanding of AI concepts, LLMs, or AI agents.
Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
Experience with Docker.
Comfortable working in Linux (Ubuntu) environments.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
English (spoken and written).
