We are searching for a Senior Flutter Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. This role involves producing high-quality code, creating user features, and collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure seamless application performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mobile features with quality and consistency
• Integrate mobile UI with backend services
• Adhere to established architecture and coding standards
• Translate UX designs into functional mobile elements
• Develop reusable components to enhance performance
• Implement validation, error handling, and authentication flows (JWT/OAuth as applicable)
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage request/response parsing
• Write clean, maintainable Dart code while following defined architecture patterns
• Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot mobile issues
• Write and execute basic unit and widget tests
• Collaborate with backend engineers, UX designers, and QA teams
• Investigate and resolve performance-related challenges
• Support regression testing, release cycles, and defect fixes as flagged by QA
• Attend sprint ceremonies and provide reliable task effort estimates

Requirements

• Expertise in Flutter and Dart with 3+ years of mobile application development experience
• Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs, request/response handling, and network error management
• Knowledge of implementing complex UI screens, animations, and custom widgets
• Understanding of authentication protocols like JWT and OAuth
• Skills in debugging, writing unit tests, and promoting clean code standards
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies along with participation in sprint cycles
• Capability to optimize application performance and manage state effectively
• Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including QA, UX, and backend developers
• Experience with version control tools such as Git
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2+ level)
