We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team for an international blockchain project. The initial engagement will focus on the discovery phase, where the Business Analyst will help structure requirements, clarify business needs, and support the formation of the product vision and solution scope.

The engagement is expected to start on a part-time basis (60–80 hours per month) during the discovery stage, with the possibility of transitioning into a long-term project with part-time or full-time involvement.

Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams as a Business Analyst, Requirements Manager, or Product Manager
  • Knowledge of the blockchain or fintech domain, mandatory experience in Web3 and cryptocurrency projects
  • Experience writing clear user stories and functional requirements for development teams
  • Experience creating process diagrams, system flows, and functional documentation
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken)
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience collaborating closely with developers and technical teams
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Support the discovery phase by helping define product scope, business goals, and high-level requirements
  • Communicate with international stakeholders and business representatives
  • Collaborate with software development teams to clarify requirements and perform gap analysis
  • Prepare user stories, use cases, and supporting documentation for developers and QA engineers
  • Create process diagrams, activity diagrams, and workflow documentation using tools such as StarUML, Enterprise Architect, MS Visio, or similar
  • Support alignment between business needs and technical implementation
