About the Project:

You will join a fast-growing company building and scaling infrastructure within the Bittensor ecosystem — a cutting-edge decentralized AI network.

The company operates one of the largest AI infrastructure platforms in this space, collaborates with major exchanges, and invests in emerging AI-driven businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Lead and Product Owners to translate product vision into epics, features, and user stories
• Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices
• Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and remove blockers
• Track delivery progress, team velocity, and sprint health
• Coordinate release planning, timelines, and dependencies
• Support alignment across teams through structured communication and documentation
• Gather and incorporate feedback to improve product delivery

Skills and knowledge:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Agile Project Management, or similar delivery-focused role
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with backlog management and user story writing
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Experience working with Jira or similar tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• English level: C1 (Advanced)

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech, blockchain, AI, or decentralized systems
• Familiarity with API-driven or infrastructure products
• UI/UX background

Overlap time requirements: till 2 PM ET
