Job Description – Business Analyst (Power BI & SQL)

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.
- Design meaningful business metrics, KPIs, and dashboards using Power BI Desktop & Service.
- Write, validate, and optimize complex SQL queries on large, complex datasets to support reporting and analysis.
- Perform data analysis, data validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
- Collaborate with BI Engineers and QA to ensure end-to-end data quality and business logic correctness.
- Use DAX and Power Query to create efficient calculations, transformations, and data models.
- Apply strong financial and analytical acumen to derive insights and support data-driven decision making.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality analytics solutions under tight timelines.
