A Data Operations Analyst II’s role involves improving our ability to monitor, measure and maintain critical production processes for Global Contact Data. A Data Operations Analyst will have to both be able to work with the Global People Data team’s internal datasets and tools, as well as be able to coordinate with outside groups to continuously meet their needs. A Data Operations Analyst is expected to be a key developer of Global People Data tools that help ensure that all key processes are monitored for stability and availability in addition to throughput that meets expected standards for volume and quality.
- Monitor and communicate the status of existing data supply chain processes and data feeds
- Develop tools and reporting that increases transparency into key processes and throughput
- Work closely with related groups to ensure business continuity
- Perform analysis on large datasets to review fill rates, data quality and data consistency
- Work as a member of one or more agile teams, using lean principles and SCRUM methodology
- Bachelor’s degree (preferable in computer science or a related field)
- Experience with SQL (1-3 years)
- Experience with Python (1-3 years)
- Ability to work closely with others to problem solve
- Experience in operations work
