About the Role:‬

As a Product Manager, you'll support the LATAM product team in managing Juspay's integrations across Latin America — ensuring that projects with merchants and payment partners move forward with clarity, technical context, and no communication bottlenecks. On a daily basis, this means being present in technical discussions, understanding what's happening across each project, and making sure nothing stalls due to lack of information or follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the product team in technical and alignment meetings with engineering, capturing decisions, action items, and blockers
  • Analyze technical documentation from partners and APIs (endpoints, payloads, webhooks, limitations) and translate into actionable context for the team
  • Maintain structured documentation of capabilities, constraints, and integration status per payment partner
  • Synthesize information from multiple sources (calls, messaging channels, technical docs) into clear briefings for internal stakeholders
  • Track multiple integration projects in parallel, identifying risks, dependencies, and necessary escalations
  • Act as the communication bridge between local stakeholders and the global engineering team
  • Drive follow-ups with payment ecosystem partners, ensuring deadlines are met and open items are resolved

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or similar)
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Product, Technical Product, Solutions, Implementation/Delivery, or a similar cross-functional role
  • Comfortable working with APIs and technical specs (reading docs, understanding payloads, webhooks, flows, and edge cases)
  • Excellent communication — written and verbal — with the ability to translate technical topics for different audiences
  • Hands-on profile: organized, detail-oriented, strong ownership, and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Fluent in English (daily collaboration with global team)
  • Native Portuguese

Nice to have

  • Experience in the payments ecosystem (PSPs, acquirers, PIX, Open Finance)
  • Knowledge of payment landscapes in other Latin American countries
  • Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones
  • Intermediate Spanish
