Job Description

Leeds Beckett University is an inclusive, vibrant workplace with ambitious plans for the future. We are one of the largest employers in the city and our mission is to be an excellent, accessible and globally engaged university, contributing positively to a thriving northern economy. We know that tomorrow's challenges will not be addressed by today's thoughts, approaches and mindsets.

Our HR Strategy has a clear aim the building of a committed, capable community of people who are proud to work for our University. This gives us a platform to work with stakeholders and deliver transformational change in support of both our people and our university strategy and to engage in rewarding, meaningful work.

So, if you are keen to make a real difference to the future of our colleagues and students, are a committed team player with excellent communication skills and would you like the opportunity to innovate and share your ideas about how HR solutions can create an exceptional employee experience, we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for a proactive, customer service focussed Human Resources administration professional to join our team and help bring our HR Strategy to life. Our HR Services Team are the first point of contact for managers and employees, providing advice and guidance, whilst undertaking effective administration and support services to the full range of employee lifecycle processes. We are looking for an individual with an administration background, excellent customer service, IT and organisation skills, who can work flexibly as part of our high performing team.

If this role sounds like an intriguing opportunity and you'd like to be part of our HR Services journey, we are waiting to hear more about you.
