Roles and responsibilities
- Liderar a gestão de múltiplas squads técnicas envolvidas na migração de ambientes GCP para AWS;
- Estruturar e manter o plano macro do programa, incluindo cronograma executivo, roadmap estratégico e marcos críticos;
- Implementar e sustentar uma governança robusta, com foco em indicadores de performance, previsibilidade e fluxo;
- Gerenciar riscos técnicos, operacionais e de negócio, com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa (padrões PMI);
- Garantir controle de qualidade, previsibilidade de entregas, prazos e orçamento;
- Atuar como ponto focal entre arquitetura, segurança, operações, finanças e stakeholders executivos;
- Conduzir rituais executivos e reportes estruturados para diretoria;
- Monitorar orçamento, capacidade das squads e eficiência na alocação de recursos;
- Trabalhar em parceria com Arquitetura e Produto na definição das estratégias de migração.
- Sólida vivência com gestão de programas complexos e ambientes corporativos;
- Conhecimento em PMBOK e gestão de riscos no padrão PMI;
- Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum / Kanban) e frameworks escalados como SAFe;
- Vivência com ferramentas como Jira;
- Forte capacidade de estruturação, planejamento e governança.
- Experiência com AWS;
- Conhecimento em bancos de dados SQL;
- Experiência com DBT
