Company Description

The UTSC Student Managed Fund (the Fund) is a collaborative initiative by the Department of Management and the UTSC Library Finance & Trading Lab, designed to provide hands-on financial management experience to students. The Fund creates an experiential learning environment where participants bridge academic finance theory with real-world practices. Students engage in managing an investment fund, covering all aspects of the investment process, from research and trading to compliance and reporting. With a focus on career preparation, the Fund equips students for roles in global capital markets, including asset management, trading, and investment banking. Alumni serve as mentors and advisors, ensuring a dynamic and mutually beneficial learning platform.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Crypto Marketing professional. The role involves developing and executing crypto-focused marketing strategies, conducting comprehensive market research, managing customer interactions, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to create effective marketing and sales campaigns tailored to the crypto industry.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Proven ability in Market Research to analyze trends and derive actionable insights for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy development to drive the promotion and visibility of crypto-related services or products.
  • Skilled in Customer Service to ensure excellent client interactions and satisfaction in a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
