Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Lead and implement digital and waterfall projects across multiple business units and functions.
  • Define project direction, workplans, resources, and rituals using agile and traditional methodologies.
  • Translate business opportunities into quantified improvement potential using strong business acumen.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, UI/UX designers, SMEs, end-users, and senior stakeholders.
  • Promote digital mindset and process improvement across the organization.
  • Develop expertise in advanced analytics and process optimization themes.
  • Manage project portfolio and track productivity metrics.
  • Lead diagnostics, business case development, and cross-functional Kaizen initiatives.

What Makes You The Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain processes.
  • At least 3 years of experience deploying digital solutions.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proven ability to lead change and deliver financial results.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (Waterfall & Agile).
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Certified Business Translator (Advanced).
  • Data Scientist Fundamentals certification.
  • Product Owner / Scrum Master certification.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).
  • CPIM or CSCP certification (preferred).
