About the Role
They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager on a 12 month FTC to support the delivery of complex IT and service transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.
This role will operate across a portfolio of change programmes, driving structured delivery, strengthening governance, and embedding sustainable operational improvements. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and PMO functions to ensure delivery is controlled, outcome-driven, and commercially sound.
What You’ll Be Doing
Programme & Delivery Leadership
- Lead complex IT and service transformation initiatives
- Manage scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and financial controls
- Establish and maintain structured governance aligned to client expectations
- Drive delivery against defined outcomes and measurable benefits
- Ensure consistent reporting cadence and assurance standards
Service & Operational Improvement
- Support service management and operational maturity initiatives
- Oversee implementation/optimisation of enterprise platforms
- Align processes with recognised best practice frameworks
- Partner with technical teams and service leads to embed improvements
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
- Build strong relationships across business and technical stakeholders
- Engage confidently with senior leadership and steering groups
- Translate technical delivery into clear business value
- Provide structured reporting to programme and portfolio boards
Governance & Commercial Control
- Manage RAID, change control, and structured reporting
- Protect scope and manage change in line with commercial agreements
- Work closely with PMO and assurance teams
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies and governance frameworks
What They’re Looking For
Experience
- 5+ years as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex IT transformation
- Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience preferred
- Strong technical delivery background
- Experience with enterprise/service platforms
- Understanding of ITIL or similar frameworks
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and evolving environments
