iO Associates are aligned with a UK-based IT consultancy specialising in network infrastructure, cloud, and connectivity solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing global network environments, with a proactive approach to optimisation, a solid understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support and deliver complex enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3 weeks project work, 1 week Tier 3 support
• Troubleshoot multi-vendor network issues (Cisco, Arista)
• Resolve major incidents and outages
• Investigate hardware/software issues with vendors
• Manage WAN and third-party connectivity issues
• Monitor data centre network performance

Key Skills:

• CCNP certified
• Cisco & Arista experience
• Strong routing & switching (BGP)
• Network automation (Python preferred)
• Firewall experience (Palo Alto/Fortinet)
• Infrastructure as Code (Ansible/Terraform/AWX)
• Mentoring & knowledge sharing
