Requirements
- Must lead and inspire a team of Android engineer, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.
- Champion best practices in mobile and backend development, including architecture, testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
- Work with a DevSecOps mindset, owning the full lifecycle—you build it, you secure it, you test it, and you run it—with a strong grasp of CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure pipelines, logging, and monitoring.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Figma AI, and others to accelerate delivery and improve code quality is highly desirable.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions that deliver real value, while continuously driving process improvements and innovation
- Think outside the box, challenge the status quo, and bring a creative mindset to solving complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features and improvements to the CommSec platform.
- Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions across mobile and backend systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Very Good Communication Skills.
