We’re looking for a Product Manager to help evolve our platforms, processes, and customer journeys. You’ll partner closely with the Head of Product, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to drive discovery, prioritisation, and delivery in a fast-moving environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and building products in a scaling business.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll own product initiatives end-to-end and play a key role across the full product lifecycle.
- Identifying business problems and customer challenges and carrying them through discovery, build, launch, and optimisation
- Writing clear, well-defined user stories with requirements and acceptance criteria
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Product to align delivery with product vision and strategy
- Translating business requirements into user-centric journeys and experiences
- Partnering with design and engineering teams in a continuous feedback loop
- Managing the product backlog and roadmap, including priorities, releases, KPIs, and success metrics
- Leading discovery sessions, workshops, and ideation with stakeholders
- Championing product strategy with a strong focus on user experience
- Driving usability improvements in collaboration with product designers
- Coordinating go-to-market activities and supporting change management for new releases
- Analysing user behaviour and feedback using product analytics tools to inform decisions
- Facilitating collaboration across teams to deliver products customers genuinely love
- Staying across industry trends and conducting research to keep Karmo competitive
- Strong experience working with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate across commercial, operational, and technical environments
- Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Experience using analytics and user insight tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, BigQuery)
- Solid understanding of agile delivery and delivery management practices
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar)
- Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
- Exposure to B2C or SaaS product management
- Experience working on UX-led products or platforms
- Earn a competitive salary package per annum plus superannuation
