Senior Product Manager

TheDriveGroup
Australia · Full-time · Mid-Senior

As the Senior Product Manager, you will define how asset data is structured, contextualised, and transformed into actionable insight — and how that intelligence connects seamlessly into ERP, CMMS, and other enterprise environments.

This is not a feature-focused role. It is the stewardship of a platform pillar that compounds across product capability, customer value, and long-term defensibility.

What You’ll Own

Intelligence Architecture & Strategy

  • Define how captured asset data becomes structured, contextual, decision-grade intelligence.
  • Evolve automation logic, triage systems, and configurability without compromising data semantics.
  • Set standards that ensure scalability and integrity across expanding customer portfolios.

Integration Strategy

  • Define scalable integration patterns across ERP, CMMS, and operational systems.
  • Shape API design, data contracts, synchronisation logic, and write-back behaviour.
  • Establish a durable, extensible integration framework rather than bespoke implementations.

Customer Value & Adoption

  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows, risk models, and decision contexts.
  • Identify where intelligence is insufficiently actionable and define improvements.
  • Own success metrics tied to adoption, decision confidence, workflow engagement, retention, and expansion.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality, scalable capabilities.
  • Work alongside Sales and Customer Success to synthesise market feedback into roadmap direction.
  • Make clear prioritisation trade-offs balancing customer need, platform coherence, and long-term scale.
  • Communicate product direction and decisions clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years building complex B2B software products.
  • Demonstrated success owning ambiguous, system-level product areas.
  • Proven experience delivering products with external integrations and enterprise data flows.
  • Strong systems thinking — able to see how data, workflows, users, and infrastructure interconnect.
  • A track record of defining metrics and using data to measure real impact.
  • High agency: you don’t wait for clarity — you create it.

Why This Role Matters

Improvements here scale across customer portfolios, increase defensibility, and deepen enterprise reliance.

You’ll help define how intelligence is structured, trusted, and operationalised — shaping not just features, but the backbone of the platform.
