An experienced SAP Project Manager is required to lead the full applications scope for a major automated distribution centre transformation. Based in Melbourne, this 18 month engagement sits within a large, structured digital delivery environment and plays a central role in ensuring all applications are designed, integrated, tested, and transitioned successfully.
Working across SAP EWM, TM, ECC, middleware, warehouse systems, vendor platforms and key business functions, you’ll manage delivery end to end while navigating a complex program landscape.

This is: what you’ll do
- Lead the delivery of applications scope across design, build, integration, testing, data readiness, cutover and hypercare
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions in line with program governance
- Collaborate with architecture, product owners, cyber, data, analytics and service teams to ensure alignment and readiness
- Drive integration activities across SAP EWM, TM, ECC, CPI and associated applications
- Facilitate engagement with wider Matrix workstreams to ensure end-to -end alignment
- Provide robust project reporting, documentation and assurance across all delivery phases
- Navigate delivery challenges pragmatically to maintain momentum and program outcomes
- 10+ years managing large, complex applications or program delivery within corporate environments
- Strong experience delivering SAP environments, ideally including ECC, EWM, TM and related integration layers
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-vendor delivery and SI partners
- Deep knowledge of structured program methodologies, governance and reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence operating in cross- functional, time-driven delivery environments
- Exposure to supply chain, warehousing or enterprise operations highly valued
- Lead a high- visibility applications workstream within a major automation program
- Work across cutting- edge SAP and warehouse technology platforms
- Strong ownership, vendor engagement and cross-functional influence
- Significant transformation exposure with long-term career value
