Be part of a high‑performing team leading the design and delivery of transmission line projects that support secure, reliable, and sustainable power networks. In this role, you’ll work across PLS‑CADD modelling, structural design, and technical delivery for a broad mix of internal and external clients.

Our expertise spans solar, wind, hydropower, thermal energy, waste‑to‑energy, bioenergy, battery storage, network distribution, and systems and automation.
What you’ll do as a Senior/Associate Transmission Lines Engineer:
- Deliver innovative solutions across the overhead transmission and distribution market, with exposure to generation and industrial HV projects
- Lead transmission line design projects, applying strong technical judgement and project leadership
- Apply in‑depth knowledge of Australian and international standards for overhead line design, testing, and commissioning
- Utilise PLS‑CADD, including TOWER and POLE modules, to deliver efficient and compliant designs
- Understand and contribute across the full asset lifecycle—from planning and design through construction, operation, and maintenance
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration
- Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for future work
- Provide technical advice to support upgrades, improvements, and innovation with a strong focus on safety and sustainability
- Comply with all Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) requirements
- A degree in Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
- Proven experience in a technical delivery role within a consultancy environment (Design Management experience is an advantage)
- Strong electrical and/or structural engineering capability in Transmission Lines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Commercial awareness and a client‑focused, solution‑oriented mindset
- Resilience and adaptability in dynamic project environments
