Required Technical Skill Set


  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the logistics or supply chain management industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse large and complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data analyst tools and software, such as GCP, SQL, Python, R, Excel, GIT, Confluence, Jira and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations, including transportation, inventory, and distribution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge and understanding of Lean, Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
  • Strong Technical Documentation skills with the ability to create and maintain effective data analytics documentation and standards, such as: methodology, assumptions, findings, implications, and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and dashboards that support our logistics operations.
  • Works with Delivery Analytics heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
  • Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
  • Provided critical litigation support through database administration, document management, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work autonomously yet contribute to team goals and team / interdepartmental projects.
  • Providing reports on ongoing data quality and data quality initiatives.
  • Collaborating with IT Departments to ensure the resolution of data quality issues.
  • Supporting the execution of data quality initiatives.
  • Recommending processes and/or system enhancements to eliminate root causes and reduce probability of similar issues.
  • Assist with translating and presenting analytical insights into clear, comprehensive, and actionable recommendations.
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to access and understand data across the enterprise, use this information to articulate specific business challenges, and design and inform each customer data analysis deep dive to address these challenges.
