About The Role
We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and scaling a mobile application from the ground up. This position requires someone capable of leading technical decisions, guiding the team, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the entire development lifecycle.
The project is currently in the discovery phase, with development expected to start in approximately one month. This is a great opportunity to shape the architecture, influence product direction, and establish best practices from the beginning.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and scaling a mobile application from the ground up. This position requires someone capable of leading technical decisions, guiding the team, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the entire development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a React Native mobile application end-to-end, from architecture design to deployment.
- Define and implement scalable and maintainable mobile architectures.
- Evaluate, design, and implement efficient integrations between the React Native frontend and existing web-based APIs.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
- Establish and promote best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and maintainability.
- Take ownership of technical decisions and provide guidance/mentorship to other team members when needed.
- Contribute actively during the discovery phase, helping define scope, technical feasibility, and timelines.
- Ensure smooth app release processes (App Store / Google Play).
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with strong focus on React Native.
- Proven experience building mobile applications end-to-end (from scratch to production).
- Solid experience with Expo and the React Native ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns, state management, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs / web services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
- Experience working in early-stage or discovery-phase projects is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and self-management.
- Experience leading or mentoring developers.
- Familiarity with backend technologies or fullstack environments.
- Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and mobile QA processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage workload and priorities effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
