IS Tester

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an IS Tester to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Definition of test plans and test cases for functional and non-functional requirements
• Construction of test scenarios and scripts
• Execution of test plans and Test coordination
• Execution of sanity and release regression testing to ensure stability and functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end testing scenarios and release testing, including preparation of test data and completing flows
• Reporting of test results
• Conduct demonstrations of new or existing functionalities for the team and external/business stakeholders
• Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by monitoring channels, investigating issues, and offering feedback or solutions
• Suggest new /review test automation scenarios and use test automation to aid release testing
  
  

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree in IT with minimum 9 years of professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with minimum 13 years of experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
• Ability to design, write, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience performing unit, integration, system, and regression testing, including white-box and black-box testing approaches
• Experience testing REST and SOAP web services
• Experience in test data preparation, preferably using SQL databases
• Familiarity with test automation concepts and automated test scenarios
• Ability to identify issues, analyse test results, and report defects clearly
• Experience supporting release testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken)
