🎯 Your Mission

As a Senior AI Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering AI-driven engineering projects across the platform.

You will work on automation, AI-powered workflows, and scalable APIs, helping the company build the next generation of financial software integrations.

You will collaborate closely with the technical leadership and product teams, owning projects from architecture to production.

👨 Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and highly available APIs
• Build AI-powered automations and agentic workflows
• Develop systems that help automate integration creation and testing
• Work on AI workflows orchestration
• Contribute to internal and external documentation
• Ensure high-quality and reliable backend systems
• Participate in technical architecture decisions
• Potential opportunity to grow into a Team Lead role

🔎 Profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering
• Experience working with AI systems such as:
• LLMs
• Agentic workflows
• RAG pipelines
• AI automation frameworks
• Strong backend development experience
• Python (required)
• SQL
• Typescript (nice to have)
• Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Docker / containerization
• Strong interest in business logic and financial systems
• Startup mindset: autonomy, curiosity, ownership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Languages

• English required
• Dutch and French are a plus
